Founding Partner
Mr. ULUSU, graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty, had worked as a legal advisor and lawyer in many of Turkey’s leading companies and private and public institutions operating in mining, energy, construction sectors. He had carried his activities in ULUSU Law Office over 40 years and especially by defending foreign and domestic cinema works which are censored in Turkey after 1980; he had conducted extensive works on administrative law and given many interviews to newspapers at the time. He had also provided legal service to international and domestic industry – leading companies on insurance, mining and construction fields and worked on national and international arbitration issues. Mr. ULUSU is now, one of the doyens of the Ankara Bar Association and still working on Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law and Civil Law.

After her high school education in Lycee Tevfik Fikret d ‘Ankara Mrs GÖNÜL GÜREL has graduated from Galatasaray University, Law Faculty in 2013. She did her internship in a corporate international company in İstanbul and continued her carrier in one of the well-known law firms of İstanbul as a lawyer. She has gained experience on corporate commercial law, especially on daily corporate works of companies and commercial litigation issues within this period. She is competent to provide legal services on both English and French languages as well as Turkish. Mrs. GÖNÜL GÜREL is working on Insurance Law, Corporate and Company Law, Contract Law, Penal Law, Execution Law and Labor Law. In addition, she is a mediator registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice and continues her expert mediation activities in the fields of labor law, commercial law, consumer law and insurance law. On the other hand, Mrs. GÖNÜL GÜREL also works in the field of intellectual property law as a trademark attorney at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

After her high school education in Lycee Tevfik Fikret d ‘Ankara Mrs ALAÇAM KIRTAY, has graduated from Galatasaray University, Law Faculty in 2013. She did her internship in a corporate law firm and continued her carrier as a legal advisor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Ankara. She has obtained Legal English Certificate from Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Institute and she is competent to provide legal services on both English and French languages as well as Turkish. Mrs ALAÇAM KIRTAY is working on Insurance Law, Foreigners Law, Administration Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law and Execution Law. She has also completed the Private Law Master’s Program at Başkent University. The thesis titled Private Health Insurance Contract was published by Seçkin Publishing House in 2022. In addition, she is a mediator registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice and continues her expert mediation activities in the fields of labor law, commercial law, consumer law and insurance law.
SERA CONKBAYIR

After finishing her high school education at TED Ankara College Private High School by completing the International Baccalaureate Program, she graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law with honors in 2022. While continuing her university education, she did summer internship in different offices and her legal articles were published on various blog pages. She has an advanced level of English and an intermediate level of French. She has started her legal internship at Ankara Bar Association in September 2022.

Sinem Kaynak has completed her undergraduate education at Faculty of Business Administration of Anadolu University in 2018 and continues her education at Anadolu University Vocational School of Justice. She has worked as a secretary and executive clerk in various law firms since 2010. She has been working at Ulusu & Alaçam & Gönül Law Firm since June 2021.
